Training ManagerLucas's interest in morels wasn't accidental. Trained as an agricultural engineer with several years of experience in a microbiology and agronomic testing laboratory, he developed an early interest in demanding agricultural systems. Morel cultivation, with its delicate balance between soil, microbiology, and climate, emerged as a compelling agronomic and technical topic, sparking his scientific curiosity.
Drawing on his extensive experience in agricultural continuing education, both in the field and in the classroom, Lucas shares his knowledge with equal enthusiasm. His teaching approach is based on a strong conviction: understand before you apply. Mastering the technical aspects of this crop, he guides producers through the biological mechanisms that determine the success of a harvest. A skilled communicator, he makes complex concepts accessible, covering topics such as agrometeorology, soil microbiota and organic matter content, and phytopathology, among others, transforming these theoretical foundations into informed practical decisions.
At Les Morilleurs, Lucas is training a new generation of growers who want to move beyond empiricism and embrace a more controlled approach to cultivation. His ambition is clear: to give producers the tools to gain autonomy, rigor, and performance, so that every project rests on a solid and sustainable scientific and technical foundation.
